Most recently, we have represented defendants in the ‘test’ case in this area and have instructed the UK’s leading counsel to argue the legality and admissibility of the line interception.
This was the first time that this type of interception has been brought before a UK court. The case is arguable and the matter has now been heard before the Court of Appeal. We represented two of the four defendants.
We are one of the companies in the UK dealing with the EncroChat hack which was considered by The Hon. Mr Justice Dove and, as a result of this, we are now considered to be the leading firm in the UK in this area.
